🏃 Monday Track Session
6:30–7:30pm | Monthly
Everybody Leisure Centre, Macclesfield
Included in membership
Coach-led running intervals and technique work suitable for all abilities.

🏊 Sunday Swim Session
4:00–5:00pm | Weekly
Kings School, Macclesfield
£5.90 + admin fee
Coached swim focusing on confidence, front crawl technique, and endurance.

🏃 Thursday Social Hill Run
6:30–7:30pm | Monthly
Included in membership
A relaxed, conversational-paced warm up and hill repeats at your own ability level, open to all.

🚴 Weekly Weekend Social Bike Ride
Saturday or Sunday
Friendly group rides. Rotating paces and abilities to accommodate varying abilities in the club.
